We all face many problems in waking up early in the morning and due to it we all get late for our work, school and other important things at some point in our life. And I know how it feels to get late and to rush forgetting some important things to carry. I have faced this in my school time as well. Here we go with some tips to get up early in the morning.
1. Cultivate a mental environment.
To wake up your mind and keep it alert all day long, here are some ways:

- read about the early risers
- make your mindset that you have to wake up early
If you set your mind to wake up early or at a particular time and keep on commanding it that then you will be able to wake up early in the morning even without the alarm.
2. Get some source of inspiration.
Think about the people who wake up early. Make some important tasks to do so that you get inspired and motivated to wake up early in the morning. Of course important tasks will force your mind to wake up early in the morning to fulfill the important tasks.
3. Develop an attitude to wake up early.
Always wake up with excitement to start off your day. Do not get off your bed with guilt why you have to wake up early in the morning. Wake up with some motivation. Always motivate yourself to wake up early and engage your self in leisure activities or games or interesting reading. Think about others too who get benefits of your waking up early habit. So just start your day with excitement, motivation and inspiration and the energy to do work.
4. Practice on weekends and holidays.
Of course if you have tight work schedule then you cannot just put your alarm off and wake up to rush to work. You cannot rely too much on yourself in the starting. First of all practice on holidays and weekends. Switch off your alarm and try to wake up on your own at the desired time. Try this for a month and when you feel that you can now wake up without alarm then say bye to alarm and wake up naturally in the morning. You can also take long naps in the weekend if your schedule is really very tight but train your mind to wake up early and to be alert the whole day.
5. Maintain an exercise schedule.
By maintaining an exercise schedule, you will get a task to do in the morning. And exercising will bring you in the correct routine and will improve your mental and physical health. It is also recommended for insomniac people and for those who want to improve their quality of sleep. 30 to 40 minutes exercise should be done. Aerobic exercises are must which includes waling, running, swimming or playing football.
6. Create peaceful and comfortable conditions for sleeping.
Sleep in the place where you feel comfortable. The place should be peaceful and you should relax in your bed. Stop thinking about the work and do not take much stress and this will definitely help you to sleep early and rise early.
